Good points: very good location only 2 minutes' walk from the harbour for restaurants and boats for Moni island. Friendly hostess and beautiful vine-covered courtyard for the breakfast buffet. They were also very accommodating when we asked to check out one hour late to enable us to make the most of the morning and freshen up before catching our ferry home.
Bad points: carpeted rooms and corridors, in a Mediterranean climate! This really bewildered us, and the carpet was badly stained throughout. The entire hotel also smelled of mothballs. TIny bathroom was very badly thought out, with a miniscule sink you couldn't lean over without banging your head on the shelf above. Shower curtain so badly fixed that it fell down mid-shower - resulting head injury could have been worse but was none too pleasant.
The hosts were friendly but held court with friends/family in the courtyard late into the night directly below guest balconies. Giant tv for family use in the reception also... more
