I went to Hvedholm slot for two nights in our easterholiday with my ten year old daughter. I ordered the stay through internet - and called the hotel to confirme the stay and price. The man answering the phone should not have this job. He gave very little information and seemed not to be interested in selling or being particularly friendly.

When we arrived to the hotel it was the same man recieving us - and he was indeed a man of few words, less information and no charm. And that it ALL bad to say about this fantastic place.
We got a beautifull and very romantic room with a nice view, very clean, and very tastefull decorated - and a nice bathroom with a shower. The castle itself and its surroundings are breathtaking with a wonderfull park and a small lake with two fairy tail swans swimming arround. The overall feeling - moving around in the castle is very exclusive with thick royal looking carpets, flowers, old paintings etc.
