Though Gazala is not that appealing from outside,its one of the few good hotels in Palakkad town. Central location and well appointed rooms at a very decent price. 24 hours restaurant and even a small car park. Some of the best restaurants in the town like Noor Jehan,Asok Bhavan are also just a stone's throw away...

Stayed here 3 Nights, good hospitality, 24 hours restaurant & room service was great. friendly staffs. food is nice . and the locality is good if you are using public transportation. weekend is little crowded as the hotel have an auditorium & meeting hall

Good location. Average rooms. Beds were hard. The biggest problem was that the AC cannot be controlled from within the room. Got really cold at night. Parking is also a problem. The place gets noisy and crowded when they have weddings in the banquet hall - couldn't get in and out without difficulty
