Just got back from Indra Maya. We paid $1000 for a three bedrom villa. The villa was big and spacious but a bit dilapidated. The rooms were old, smelled musty and the bathrooms had mildew. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 2 nights in October, 2007. The size of the villa was great, the pool area is well maintained and the privacy is worthwhile.
