Very central Hotel close to all amenities you could ask for - shops, bars, cafes, boat trips or cruises and local bus service outside Hotel door which was easy to use especially as everyone speaks English. Arrive on 3 PM room was not cleaned finished. Than reception women very rude was not able to put 2 room together ( obvously difficult task) for parent and my 3 daugther. Decided on this hotel because of the rave reviews. What a disapointment it was. We booked a sea view room , thank goodness, and it was really small, but at least we were not looking into a mine shaft. Cooked Breakfasts were cold and when we pointed this out we were told it cant be cold its in the heater!!!... more
