They have a wonderful child theme during summers including special check in for kids, bag of items and one free ice cream.

It is perfectly situated between Oslo and the airport. Oslo is reached in 10 minutes by car.

The room was large with a full bathroom including a tub. The room was clean but had seen its better days as furniture and paint showed a lot of wear. One hole in the wall was repaired with grey plaster and gave us a negative feel as it would have been polite to keep that room in reserve and give us one with a properly painted wall (the hotel was far from full). The bathroom, although clean, showed wear as well.

That was why the hotel was undergoing repairs on a grand scale. We were not disturbed by the machines but it is always on the negative side to stay in a hotel were areas are closed down... more
