The hotel is nice however I believe that tourism in Romania still has some way to go. The room was clean and nice and the spa was good as well. Could improve on the service, breakfast and dinner.

The pools are allrigt, but you get bored of them soon and there's nothing else to be done. Just bad service all around. The personnel did not care at all. Very expensive against of what you get. The hotel staff should be trained properly on how they are to treat a customer. I would say that they are not ready for the tourists.
