Stayed here before in 2010 and decided at last minute to have a few days break. It was just as good as we remembered it, that is excellent. The large rooms are beautifully furnished, beds very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. A very nice breakfast completes the picture and would recommend anyone to stay here . Elmfield House was an awesome base to explore a little of Yorkshires awesome attractions! Wonderful friendly atmosphere with a very welcoming host family. We arrived late in horrible weather and were warmly welcomed by Darren the owner. He had stayed up to meet us. The large room was very clean and welcoming. Emma made us feel most welcome with tea and cakes on arrival. Bedroom was clean and spacious, comfortable double bed. Emma also reccomended some nice places to eat, she also ordered a taxi and booked our table for the evening. We would reccomend our friends to stay if ever in the area.

This B&B is a little gem in a beautiful setting and within easy reach of many other places of interest.
