We booked a one night stay as a 'get away from it all' in the run up to our wedding. It was lovely and a welcome break. The hotel is attractive and the food good. We had breakfast and dinner. The bar prices weren't awful and wine was quite reasonable. Overall, a good experience we would return.

We stayed here for one night after flying into Birmingham airport. Arrived at the hotel at 10.30pm checked in easily enough but then had to carry our 2 big suitcases up the stairs with no offer of help from anyone, this place really needs a lift! Stayed here for 1 night with my mum to watch MeatLoaf in the LG. Perfect location to get to the arena and easy to find. We stayed here whilst attending my sons wedding. Thank you to all the staff for making their wedding day special. My only criticism was that the staff on the Sunday morning at breakfast were inattentive, we asked four different people for coffee before we eventually got some over 25 minuets after our first request.
