We stayed here for just one night in May and loved it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. For our evening meal we were shown to a table with beautiful views of the lake - the food and service were superb. We will return, next time for longer, I hope!
We have just returned from a lovely long weekend at Patsull park including a family christening The staff without exception were pleasent and obliging.The breakfast wonderful and the setting stunning.True the rooms could do with a little update but this is just a minor point which I am sure will be addressed.Thankyou all at Patsull.
Nice grounds and lake but hotel rooms are shabby and food was not good. On paper and photos this is a decent place but it's a 3 star max.

Great golf course but Tee times could be 10 mins apart instead of 8 to help alleviate hold ups but the course is a credit to the groundsmen. "Almost" excellent staff (hence the overall rating), but service in general was excellent and excellent food.

Booked Thursday evening for the following 2 nights for yet another very enjoyable experience at Patshull at the start of the Bank Holiday weekend.
