this hotel is easy to get to from the motorway, plenty of free parking. Inside the hotel is stylish, the staff are very friendly and the food is good. Just across the car park is a pub which is ok, so you can have a night out without travelling far.

This hotel ticked all the boxes, in the right spot, friendly service and very clean rooms. Good value for money and the food is not bad at all. Breakfast is very impressive.

Convenient for Yorkshire Sculpture Park and good value from LateRooms of £40 per night (weekend). Good solid standard, but Internet appallingly slow. YSP one junction up the M1. Tip - for breakfast see the restaurant on the other side of the car park.
