A wonderful location hidden in the south Gloucestershire countryside, first class accommodation and very helpful staff, the spa was a delight. However it was let down by the low standard of food and unprofessional waiting staff, some of the food was a bland and we had to wait 45 minutes between finishing our main course and receiving our puddings.

I recently stayed here for 2 days for a business conference. I could not fault the facilities and service provided, the conference ran smoothly and all 40plus guests were positive on the food and rooms. Would ecommend and definitely return.
