This was our first visit to Scotland. But We will be back to this area. The Loch view from our room was amazing. the Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The evening meal was only average.

This was our 2nd time at the Onich Hotel, and we will be back! The location is great, just south of Ft William, on the shore of the sea loch. Reception was warm and friendly, and because we were bikers, a secure parking place behind the hotel was offered and appreciated. The room was comfy and clean, and the complimentary... More

Spent our second night here in the Highlands, what a view from the rear of the hotel, it's breathtaking!! Our room was at the back as well so we woke up to the Loch and mountain view as well. Food great - I had the venison casserole and other half had the fish & chips - couldn't fault either for... More

Stayed here for 3 nights bnb on a very good value kgb deal. Room overlooking loch and the view was stunning. Bottle of wine in room was a nice treat. Room had a double and a single bed which did not leave a lot of space. Haddock and poached agg at breakfast was great as was scrambled egg and smoked... More

We stopped there as passing trade because we were hungry and this place had a great view, and provision for sitting outside in the sunshine to the rear overlooking the loch. We ordered a pint lager and a half pint Guiness - both were flat and horrible so we returned them to the bar. The girl behind the bar said... More

We stayed here through an offer with Classic Britain. Lovely welcome on arrival, we had my Dad with us who has mobility problems, pity there wasn't a lift he found the stairs a problem. Shown to our rooms, tired dated, shabby chairs, we had a balcony room with stunning views, including watching the black bunny bouncing across the gardens. Beds... More

Like many others we went to this hotel with a kgb deal for 3 nights, greeted by a very friendly local girl who gave us all the info we needed. The room we got luckily faced the loch and had a fantastic view, the room itself was a little tired looking but had a good clean bathroom and strong shower,... More

Our stay at The Onich Hotel was a result of a Groupon offer. On first impression the facade of the hotel is perhaps a little tired, however the location is lovely and great for those touring. We were given a warm welcome by a very helpful receptionist who was able to answer all of our questions with ease. We had... More

We stayed here one night but wont be back which is a shame as views are stunning from the Hotel but the food in bar awful, bear in mind on banks of a loch surrounded by excellent local produce and the menu proudly offers Greenland prawns (obviously frozen from another country) and Whitby Scampi - total waste!!! I had steak... More

Stayed 3 nights,Sunday till Tuesday...on a Groupon B/B deal..room was clean &tidy although we were unable to open window, which made the air stale after 2 nights.Breakfast was excellent with good choice of cooked meals, cereals&juices.Views to die for(once they get the rubbish skip removed) Would recommend.
