Stayed here with family for cycle event last weekend, large free car park, easy to find, clean reception with staff quick to help, clean family room at rear of hotel, nice pub / restaurant linked to hotel would stay, again. Limited wi if reception

Nice new hotel, lady on reception was quite officious, but polite. Speedy check in. Sadly no lifts. Room was clean as was bath room. Shame that we couldn't open the window as I am not a big fan of air con and like to have some fresh air as opposed to chilled air.

Hotel itself is clean and looks new. Check-in was quick although the girl that was on reception was a bit much, she came across as sarcastic as opposed as welcoming. Another excellent stay at this hotel. Stayed to visit elderly mother in care home at Ramsgate. Room nice and modern and clean. Very good value at £19 for the night. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was also very good. Pity you cant get this price all the time
