Our party of 12(6 rooms) had a really great time,the staff were very helpful,especially the manager Paul, & a team member,Christina.The hotel is being slowly upgraded which needs to continue.In terms of value( we were on a very good offer) it was exceptional.I trust that the bar takings were better than normal.Patsy & Denis, Whitstable.
