Stayed here before and always a friendly welcome, really good bar/restaurant and teh rooms are clean an sufficient. Not the place to tay f arriving by public transport and the bar area can be noisy at night. Its right next to the M25 motorway but you don't really notice it. Surprisingly considering uts next to the mtorway it takes about... more

I would compare this hotel with your average Travelodge, its at the far end of an industrial/retail park, the view from the bedroom window is of the Dartford crossing bridge, which is ok because you can draw the curtains, dont even think about opening the windows for fresh air as you will never get to sleep due to the noise,... more

I have travelled extensively through France and the rest of Europe and have come to rely on the Accor chain as they usually represent good value and good standards of food. This hotel is an exception. The restaurant menu was an unappetising selection of standard junk food such as burger and fries, so I decided to eat elsewhere that night,... more

It was a good experience except the quality of food. Food was more french oriented although many visitors visted from Asian countries. Apart from that there was no internet services which was a big low when compared with US Hotels. Rgds Ajay Kumar Khanna 120230994 more

The Ibis is very near to the M25 and the Dartford Bridge. It is ideal for those needing an easy break to their journey. It is a little difficult to find as it is in a factory estate, but hey, you have got this far by car so it's not a problem. Whilst it is very near to the motorway,... more

This hotel is a very good place to stay for a weekend break, we arrived early on Saturday morning at about 11am after prior warning the hotel and as such we were able to check in early, then leave the hotel and not return until about 11pm at night. Our rooms were large with huge bed numbers 419 and 420... more

we arrived at the Ibis to be told the lift had broken down and we were on the 4th floor, not a huge problem until we walked into the no smoking room to discover somebody had been smoking. The room stank! We walked back down to reception to be informed they could put us in a disabled room on the... more

Everything the previous reviewer said is correct, not easy to find etc, but once there it is OK , the rooms are a good standard and clean, I have stayed at the Travelodge near by and would prefer to stay at this IBIS , parking is easy and the security gate is closed at night and entry is monitored ,... more

I stayed at the Ibis for 2 nights in December whilst working in the Lakeside shopping centre. Here's a few thoughts on my stay. Good bits:- Location - located right on the doorstep of the Lakeside shopping centre and retail parks. Local amenities - There's pretty much everything you want on your doorstep, restaurants, bars, 24hr shops, it's all there.... more
