Overall a good stay, room was clean and very comfortable with modern furnishings. I got a discounted deal from a late booking website and for the money I paid it was great and unlike a lot of deals it included breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite. Only down points were the size of the rooms (but I was expecting this... more

Myself and my husband had our wedding reception at Hartsfield Manor in December 2007. The day was perfect thanks to the dedication of the staff making sure it all went smoothly. The Venue is beautiful with marvellous views, super for pictures. The Food was fabulous. We had Beef and it was cooked perfectly and definately go for the chocolate cheesecake... more

On arrival at the hotel they did not have the room I have booked in the main manor - I didn't want to stay in the annex as I had read a number of poor reviews. However, if I wanted a bed that night I had to stay in one of these rooms. When I had rung to book the... more

I have booked this hotel for a romantic week end with my partner: The manor by itself is really nice and the park around is fantastic. Unfortunatelly, as somme people already mentioned in previous reviews, standard bedroom are really really mall . They are certainly designed for 1, not 2. We could not try the restaurant as there was a... more

Check in was easy the Receptionist was very pleasant. We had a room as they had described as in the annex which was attached to the main... more

The house looks great from the outside but on arrival you should look at the small 70's addition on the side , it has the "standard" rooms , the rooms are 6ft X 10ft , with the bed pushed up against the wall . Remember to bring the following : binoculars - so you can see the tiny TV in... more

Having spent 4 days here attending a conference, I was ready to dash off to a more modern upscale hotel for my final night in the UK!! Granted, the hotel is a beautiful old stately building with fabulously manicured grounds, the rooms are in desparate need up-grading. The carpet, wallpaper and furniture are very old and worn; tiles were coming... more

We wanted to stay a night in Reigate and the available options were an expensive B&B or 2 decidedly average roadside motels. Then Hartsfield manor became an option at half the price of the others including a breakfast, so we thought we'd take a gamble. What a treat! The hotel is really a country conference centre, but it has immense... more
