From check in to departure nothing was too much trouble for the family / staff at this hotel The room was very recently refurbished, very clean & comfortable with plenty of space, and tea / coffee making facilites. The staff at Cullen Bay are unbelievably friendly and helpful, although the hours they work are a bit frightening. The food's great and it's a lovely location. Our only problem was that the internet connection didn't work. We've not had problems anywhere else, so we assume the free-hotspot is not so hot. more
