Pueblo Acantilado Suites Hotel is a pretty property set among the arid hills on the Costa Blanca. I wasn't expecting the desert like scenery but the area definitely grew on me. It took awhile though. The photographs and interactive tour on their website (www.h-puebloacantilado.com) are exactly as the place is. The hotel is extremely beautiful and the rooms are clean and very well appointed with a fully fitted kitchen. There is even a washing machine in the suite! Beautiful architecture and sophisticated rooms since the recent re-furb. Great views but DO rent a car . Public transport is not great and only available beyond a ridiculously long steep incline/distance.
