We got there by taking Prince hotel's own free shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa Station which was handy. The Hotel is one big complex with several buildings of guest rooms, two receptions, good number of restaurants and shops, public bath and hot spring and several ski lifts stations just doorsteps away. My wife and I spent Christmas weekend at Naeba. The location is terrific and the ski-in/ski-out nature of the resort is terrific. Overall, the resort is fairly run-down.
