The location is great, 1 min away from the lift, basically ski-in and ski-out. The owner Kazu is superb host, took us everywhere, hot spring bath, bus stop, convenience store...etc himself everyday. We booked this as a late season ski accom from Australia in April 2009 not knowing anything about Hakuba. The property is in Wadano, a nice area BUT well away from the town and the main gondola. Very Helpful and Friendly Onwner. Most of the staff speaks good English. Ski in and Out at Sakka quad ski lift base. Definitely value for your money.
