We loved our stay here! Clean rooms, fabulous hosts, great homemade breakfasts, and perfect location. 5 minutes from the hill, 10 minutes from the local onsen, and great bar downstairs. We were well taken care of and felt like part of the family. Could not have been happier with our stay here!

A big house (by Japanese standards) sunny and close to the ski lifts - and we had it all to ourselves! The owners also run it as a B and B but if the group is large enough, you can have it as a holiday rental. We were a couple, two friends of different sexes and three kids, so with... More

A modern house almost to ourselves, great Western food with home-made bread (the normal stuff in Japan is like white rubber) and a nice, big living room, we just loved this place. We have skied in Hakuba Goryu twice before and stayed in Japanese-owned places but the funny thing is that they were small, run-down and not at all Japanese... More

We stayed here in early April 2012, to go Spring Skiing. It snowed every day and being able to look at the mountain side and watch snow falling at breakfast was magical. We have travelled extensively around Japan and compared to a lot of other places we have stayed at, the bedrooms and living areas are very spacious and very... More

We stayed here in late March and while the snow was soft, the skiing was still great. We worried about being in a B&B, as sometimes the owners can be a bit overwhelming but we loved this little place. We stayed in the Japanese suite, which costs a bit more but it is beautifully decorated with tatami floors, paper screens... More

This B&B provided excellent value over the christmas new year period when most places charge a premium. Its fairly new and I think we were among the first guests to stay. It has three rooms despite the Two Room name! Had a triple room which was both spacious and cramped at the same time - the three beds had little... More

This B&B was good value for money and the beds were very comfy. However, the layout of the room was pretty squashy with three single beds in the one room. Good things about this place: * It's only one stop away on the shuttle bus to the ski fields which was excellent, and some afternoons we walked home in our... More
