This is a great hotel. This was a ski trip with a large group. We stayed from February 3 - 8, 2008. This is a five star hotel the service was excellent and our group was English speaking only with a few Japanese phases. The furniture was not modern but country and clean. If you want a 5 star hotel at the base of the Hakuba ski fields in Nagano area, this is the place to stay.
