Blanket dirty, curtains broken, could not choose the room, receptionist help below average. Book from website but I strongly recommend to avoid Internet booking and have a look before staying, you may have very bad surprise! If any other choice, do not go!!

i have stayed in formule 1 hotels that are better than this. the security is a joke and the wifi code is a) unreadable b) has a limit of about 1 mb the restaurant is closed & the bar also. in desperate need of a refurb and air conditioning. do accor have any minimum standards?

We stayed here whilst visiting our son between Christmas and New Year. The rooms did not lock from the inside and we were burgled whilst sleeping in our room. The thieves took all our money and my I-phone. The staff were not bothered and said any room could be opened by sliding a credit card between the door and frame.... More

Location is great, breakfast and service correct. But the rooms are filthy, full of fleas. 85€ for this kind of dirty place is very over-priced. Next time we'll go to another better managed, privately-owned hotel.

I have been in this hotel with my wife and children and I can recommend it. - Room is not very big but it´s enough. - It´s very clean and it has WIFI for free. - Multiple international TV channels - Good situation for skiing or tourism in 3 vallees area Recommended!!
