Our tour bus pulled up in front of what I thought was a bombed out building leftover from World War II. Then our tour guide picked up her bag, got off the bus and went inside. And I said "Oh God. Is this the hotel?"

The first night our table was given a plate of bread, the top piece was covered in blue mould! When we showed the waiter and asked for fresh bread, he did not offer any...

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a Trafalgar cost saver tour of 46 people. We went into the bar for a drink and were greeted by a dog running around. The smell of the cigarettes was disgusting, the service not very good. Rooms were musty although our room was ok in size, it was not clean. The dining...
