Towels not changed when asking why was responded with saucy remark . Treated like a child when I'm 18 poor food servings and felt like I was I'n a british day car. Roland talked down to us but all other employees were very nice and welcoming.

This hotel is often used for school parties during term time, but don't let that put you off. I went to the Château du Baffy in February 2009 with a party of 30 schoolchildren and were looked after brilliantly from the moment we arrived. Roland and his staff were fantastic. I had no hesitation in re-booking for the twelfth year in succession; we are going back on Friday and are looking forward to it as much as ever.

Stayed with a party of 31 teenage school children. Roland and his staff looked after us exceptionally well. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kids were well catered for with good, wholesome food. A firm favourite with Malvern College and we will be back!
