Booked a one night stay so I could do some biking at Innerlethen and Glentress. Arrived at the B&B tired and muddy and I was greated warmly. My room with en suite was ideal and the breakfast was fab.

This is a very special bed and breakfast. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer. We enjoyed a wonderful welcome from Bob and Lesley, a superb bedroom and a delightful sitting room. We did the deerstalker race at the nearby Traquir House and stayed at Backcroft overnight. When we booked in we were offered tea/coffee etc from the lovely Lesley. Every aspect was perfect - really impressive. Try Arthur Bennett or Kedgeree for breakfast. Great for mountain biking at Innerliethen or Glentress trails.

What a welcome, tea/coffee in the guest lounge with homemade biscuits. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean with en-suite shower room. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Will definitely stay again if visiting the area.

We had such a good time at Backcroft. You can't get a better breakfast and accommodation in scotland. Thank you for your hospitality, Bob and Lesley!

Stayed here for one night. Bob and Lesley are fantastic hosts. The room we had was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this Bed and Breakfast and we will definitely return.

Having stayed at Backcroft once before the second time doesn't disappoint. If visiting Innerleithan you must stay at Backcroft it's like home from home SUPERB !!!!!
