We stayed at the Victoria hotel for two nights with two small children. We had a lovely suite overlooking the lake and mountains. It was very nice with antiques and lovely bedlinen. The housekeepers were very nice but the hotel front desk staff were horrible. They treated us with contempt. If it was because we had children, I don't know.... more
