We enjoyed two nights at this lovely small hotel, located just outside of Gijon. Both the grounds and the hotel are very peaceful and provides a great base to explore the area or just to relax.

The hotel is a turn of the century house. Our room had a great view out to the west and the coast. It was well appointed and had everything you could ask for. The owner is wecloming and very helpful. He and his staff provde an excellent level of service and are eager to answer any question you have.

Breakfast is served in a lovely common room and is a buffet of fresh fruit, yogurts, meats and freshly baked cakes and breads. While it is the only meal serves at the hotel there are two excellent places to eat very close by.

The hotel is very close to the university and botanical gardens. We will definately stay there on our next trip.
