This is an OK stay in Nuevo Casas Grandes. It isn't new. It still uses keys, and not keycards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean, but have some problems. For example, our toilet was leaking underneath, but the staff came to fix it right away. We were not issued some towels, but the staff provided us with more. One of the beds was too soft, while the otherone was fine. The ceiling fan wasn't working. It is conveniently located on the main drag, and good for a one or two night stay. more
