Our one night stay was excellent. Gordon and Margaret made us very welcome, and there were no problems with a late return after the party which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast was excellent, the room spotless, the hospitality superb, the setting rural and quiet. We arrived as guests and left as friends!

Gordon and Margaret are the perfect hosts.They gave me alovely coffee when I arrived and the room and breakfast were excellent.The room and bathrom were spotless and the bed was very comftable.I have stayed twice now and highly recommend it.It is also in avery good location.

An unplanned overnight stop over here, but I couldn't have wished for better B&B. Gordon & Margaret friendly & welcoming. Excellent breakfast, in peaceful setting. Very comfy bed. Provided good recommendation for local restaurant for good evening meal too.

A real credit to the perfect hosts Gordon and Margaret. Great location, which is peacefully rural yet close to Bourne and many places of interest. Spotlessly clean, superb breakfast. Cannot praise highly enough. I hope to stay again and explore the beautiful county of Lincolnshire in more detail. Thankyou both for a warm and friendly stay.

Stayed three nights this Jan'12 and can honestly say it is the best B & B we have stayed in. The accommodation is absolutely spotless, the hosts were wonderful. nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfasts excellent, this is the place we will be returning to. Thank you Gorden and Margaret
