What can I Sue & John excellent hosts. Pretty much arrive when you want, once they know to expect you. Rooms are lovely, confortable and very well laid out. Sue has thought of everything you could possibly need. There are flat screen TV's with a DVD and films in the room, radio, kettle with tea, coffee and herbal tea's also. A fridge and microwave for your use and extra bread left out if you should feel hungry.
The breakfast is second to none and more than plenty of it - you won't leave there hungry.

Situated down a lovely country lane with exceptional views and barely 5 mins dive to Axminster town centre which is where you'll find River Cottage shop/Canteen stores made famous by Hugh on channel 4. highly recommend a visit there. more
