We stayed one night here on a trip through the lakes. I picked this hotel as we flew in to Milan Malpensa airport at night and wanted to drive to a place not too far away from the airport on the way to the lakes and not too expensive. Friendly staff, clean rooms, large parking. All you need for an overnight stop on your way from central or north Europe to Italy or on your way back. When travelling north, you may leave early (breakfast from 6.30) to avoid congestion in front of Gotthard tunnel. more

This was a very recent addition to the Ibis chain and it showed... extremely welcoming and friendly staff with great views of Italian Alps. Check-in was quick and efficient and the car park was huge. I have tried to use this brand new property changing the hotel I usually book while in Como area. Very bad decision! Location is sad, along a main road. If you have a room on this site of the property forget to sleep. Windows soundproof is bogus! Even if it's a brand new hotel, maintenance is also very bad. Missing... more
