We stayed here for one night. The rooms are petite as it's an old building but the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The rooms are small but the friendly staff nd good food more than compensate. Health food shop and bakery next door are a bonus!!!

really lovely hotel, friendly staff, cheap drinks, gorgeous food. the village itself is very quiet so the pub is usually full of friendly locals. the ideal place to go for a quiet getaway.

This was our second stay at the Duke of Wellington and we shall be going again. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff, the room was clean and well furnished. We had dinner, bed and breakfast and couldn't fault the food. All in all a wonderful relaxing stay.
