My trip was excellent!!!!! The hotel is ideally situated and very comfortable. Serre chevalier is a lovely place to go with your family or with friends. The owner of the hotel is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the restaurant is good too. I'll come back for sure!! See you next year!!

Booked a ski holiday with nielsen.The hotel is a little dated, and if the location was not perfect this would adversely affect the rating. However, you get everything you expect : flat screen tv in room, WiFi is free, enough choice on the menu to stay well fed plus the staff are friendly.
