We stayed in the Serenity 5 Lodge for 4 nights and we were certainly not disappointed! Arrival / Location On arrival you will note Sconce Lane is a fairly narrow country lane, the bottom section is rather uneven with the section leading to the entrance a far smoother experience. We arrived at 3pm with a number of others also arriving... More

Many thanks for your kind words and and your informative reviews of local places to visit/eat. Great info for others looking for days/nights out to add to our list. Regarding the plane noise - not something we normally have as we are not on the flightpath here at Faweather so apologies that the pilot must have been off course or... More

This is a fairly small (in comparison to most log cabin sites) site with lodges of differing sizes. We didn't meet many of the other guests but there seemed to be a mix of couples, families and single sex groups. The site is set in and around a group of fields next door to a horse riding centre and there's... More

Many thanks for your review and we are so glad you enjoyed you stay and the local area. We do provide all the essentials for arrival but of course additional towels for use in the hot tub, extra dishwasher tablets etc., might be useful to bring as you suggest. We always take all comments seriously and continuously strive to perfect... More

We stayed here for a week in Serenity 2 and the lodge and location was amazing, everything we expected and wanted on a relaxing. Our beautiful Serenity 2 lodge has spectacular views from either the lounge, the hot tub or indeed the bedroom and we are glad you had a relaxing and romatic break. Sorry that the mattress wasn't comfortable for you (it was a memory foam topper one - hence the 'springy' feel). We do appreciate your comments and hope you wil be... More

The whole world stands still as you step into your lodge. We stayed 4 nights in serenity 3, only downside was the four poster - beware those of you on the tall side, you will not fit! This was remedied somewhat the following day when provided with z bed. The lodge is comfortable and warm, the welcome received is genuine... More

I am smiling as I write your response as I know that a Z bed on a romantic break is not ideal but I have to say that our four posters are not baby bear size - just normal doubles for other readers information. We would, as you know, gladly have moved you to a different lodge without a four... More

Just returned from a 4 night break. We stayed in Serenity 4 which was lovely and private. Who would believe that you could be sitting in a hot tub outside in the middle of February, this made the perfect end to each day. The lodge was the perfect size for 2 people and I must say it was lovely and... More

Serenity 4 offers a little peace of heaven in the corner of our park - so private and quiet and a haven for birds and wildlife -it is accessed by a small stepping stone pathway ( not the best lodge for anyone with mobility problems - choose Serenity 1 or 5)) but for those who book and return time and... We stayed for 3 nights in Serenity 1 which is a 1 bed cabin. We just wanted some time out from the rat race and this provided exactly what we needed. Cosy log cabin, cosy bedroom, luxurious facilities - hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, complimentary Bucks Fizz, chocolates and welcome card on arrival - its all those little touches and thoughtful... More
