Highly priced accommodation. Surely not 4+ star. Plenty of maintenance needed in the apartment we stayed in. No hot water, no ice in the fridge, broken door handles, bed so hard you couldn't sleep. Great spot, good walking/jogging track, great facilities. Room was big and spacious, bbq, private setting, low noise, big main bathroom. Beach ok - mudjimba 2 min up the road is better for kids and waves. Golf range excellent, tennis courts av. On site dining a little pricey.
