Magical. Absolutely magical. I went for my birthday with some family and the setting, the food, the accomodations, everything blew me away. And if there was a sixth star for service, I would gladly give it to this property. Sunil Singh took care of us while we were there and we had a tough time saying goodbye to him. The... More

While Aman is renowned for it's exceptional service Aman-i-Khas lives up to the name and the brand completely and tries to takes it to whole new level. The sheer attention to details across the property and the art of sheer capability to predict your needs displayed by the staff overwhelms you. Even if you aren't someone who likes to stay... More

This is our first trip to India though we have travelled extensively including Africa for safari. The Aman-i-Khas is at the tip-top of our finest experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of service from lovely greeting with a cool rose flavored beverage and soothing wet towels to freshen the weary traveler to the divine bed linens white and... We were lucky enough to spend three nights here last week and it was truly the most amazing experience...it is the most peaceful place we have ever stayed. the tent was even more luxurious than it looks in the photos and the food and service were exceptional. our batman, Bijay, was so attentive, friendly and thought of everything....including running a... My husband and I had been planning a trip to India for a long time, we did a lot of research and the choice was between The Oberoi and Amanresorts. Finally we decided on the Aman India Journey and we were very pleased with our selection. We started our Aman India Journey at Delhi, we stayed 2 nights at Aman-i-khas... More

We drove down from Amanbagh via Jaipur (a very long drive). We received a very warm welcome by GM Paul and our super attentive Batman - Surrender. We stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this peaceful haven. The spacious tents are beautifully designed - simple and elegant yet very luxurious. The tent is partitioned with white... More

We had a great time all around in Ranthambore. The Aman-i-Khas is very welcoming and our personal batman, Satish, spoiled us from morning to evening. It was such a treat! Christina and Paul, the managers, did everything to make out stay very special. We loved the very elegant Safari tents which were spacious and comfortable. So was the rest of... More

Thanks to Aman-i-Khas for a great visit! We stayed for 3 nights on honeymoon, as part of a longer Aman India trip, and were there for New Year 2011. For context, we have previously stayed at Aman in Bhutan and Cambodia. There are some detailed reviews already, and I'd echo much of their positive sentiment. We thought the service was... More

We stayed for three nights which seemed like an optimum time giving a reasonable break from the horrible driving in India. We did a morning game drive and an afternoon one and were fortunate enough to have a fantastic sighting of a tiger on our first trip out. I’m not sure fellow guests were pleased for us....... some had been... More

After having had a very disappointing stay at Aman’s other tented camp, the bedraggled and poorly maintained Amanwana, I was apprehensive about Aman-i-Khas. Thankfully, Aman-i-khas was a better experience than Amanwan, but it had the opposite problem. Whereas Amanwana’s accommodations were unacceptably tired and worn, Aman-i-Khas’s tents are in superb condition, very stylishly designed by Gathy. By day, they are... More
