Rooms were clean. It is a nice location to stay. Food was good. Only problem is the road connectivity. 2km road connecting from main road to villa was horrible. If you have own vehicle than only select these villa. India's largest adventure park Della is just 500m away from villa so you will get additional attraction

We had booked 2 bungalows (10 rooms) for a total of 7 families. Rooms - Poor upkeep, damp, peeling paint on account of the moisture. Stinking mattresses with insects. Clean bathrooms. The hotel is located in the midst of nowhere..no services arnd..in this season the hotel even refused to serve us meals..the staff is rude . There is no communication between the mumbai office and the resort..there were no arrangements made for our stay! We had to checkout in an hr.. In a nutshell they ruined our vacation..pl stay away

Date :21 July 2010 We booked this hotel for 2 days. The hotel is little far from Khandala railway station. But the rooms are very nice, staffs are very cooperative, service is good. and from room the view is excellent.we have awonderful stay here.

We visited over their during our family tour to Khandala. The location of the hotel is convenient, but the serives offered were not up to the mark. Room service was slow and we had to follow up to the staff for fullfillment of our requirements.
