This Etap is tired and in need of refurbishment. Some practical issues. Ground floor room windows do not tip, they only swing open so ventilation at night risks an intruder. Room 10's bathroom was malodorous and the loo in need of a deep clean below the waterline. The fitting for holding the shower head was broken and it is easy... More
