The room was good but call bell & phone were not working.The staff attended to this problem.We asked for room heater.They promptly provided heater but it was not working,finally they found that the electric outlet was faulty.The staff was attending problems after complaint.They should check working of faclities before giving to customer who comes travelling long distances tiered.

Hotel approach road was in a very bad shape. Room get up was hopeless. Hotel is not run by professional staff. No room heater is provided . As per me it is not worth at this price. Food was too much spicy. In my opinion senior citizen should aviod this hotel.

i and my wife visted pelling for 1 night...this hotel is in upper pelling..as we vsisted in off season we were alone in this hotel..but the staff are 10 peoples and all are young peoples and all are very good...food was also good the room has a wonderful view of kanchenzunga range...in all a good place to visit...
