Hotel was great, food was excellent, staff were helpful. Efficient travel desk. Had a worry free vacation. Would like to recommend this to others. The rooms of the hotel offer breathtaking view. A big thumbs up.

It is a nice property within budget. Nice view of the mountains. Service is very good. Rooms are big with good wooden flooring. Hotel offer good food. I would advice anyone booking this hotel to take a Modified american plan since you do not have any good restaurants in Pelling. I would recommend the hotel!!

The ambience, property, hospitality is just comparable with any star catagory hotel. I stayed with my family for two nights in this hotel, it seems that you can touch Kanchenjangha from the bed room or balcny. We staid there 2 nights. The staff all did their very best to serve us well. This included taking care about special food requirements for our son. As another guest had put it on the guestbook, a litte maintenance would work wonders, especially on the plumbery. Very nice view on the Kanchenzonga from the roof terrace.
