Booked the hotel online after a disgusting experience with other hotels around the area. Though booked online they did not provide the room in the building shown in the pic but in an annexe (jagjanani)a couple of houses away. I was politely spoken to and apologised (rarity in Mahab towards indians).

Went to santana for a weekend getaway. Its just perfect, not a great sight to look at frm the exteriors, however the rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms. After arriving in Mamallapuram (Mahabalipuram) early I had the opportunity to visit some different locations. Santana, owned by a former fisherman, has not only very nice rooms and a good location, but also a very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Just take a look and experience!
