A very comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and an excellent home cooked breakfast, all provided by Cheryl and Clive and their beautiful cat! Wingham is a lovely village with plenty of facilities and easy to reach from any direction. Would recommend this venue for visitors to the area as places like Canterbury and Whitstable are within easy reach.

The Old Ship in Wingham is an excellent place to stay for a short break in Kent, being close to Canterbury and its wonderful cathedral but without the problems of parking, traffic etc. We recommend that you sample Clive and Cheryl's warm hospitality. The perfect B&B! Excellent rooms,wonderful people, great breakfast with pubs and a curry house in walking distance. There were also superb restuarants a short drive away. We stayed for the local walks and kent Cricket. We will do it again! Regards Keith White, John Winchester and Roy Babbington.

We were looked after by Jan and Mike, friends of the owners who were on holiday. We were made to feel very welcome and the room (the large kingsize) was excellent and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast that we were served was very nice and there was plenty of it! I would certainly stay there again.

We stayed at the Old Ship for 5 days in August and we loved it! Friendly hosts, extensive breakfast, nice spaceous, spotless room, perfect location. Good food at walking distance. Situated in a cute little village but only 15 min. to Canterbury / seaside... We would definitely recommend this B&B. Couple from Belgium with 4-year old
