This is not so much a review but a rebuttal to the rather misleading review listed on this site. I stayed at Playa Roca for three months this year and had Wi-Fi in my room 90% or the time on my laptop. The room was well worn - the mattress was sagging in the middle and you could feel EVERY spring. The bathroom was dirty, the towels and sheets worn and stained. PlayaRoca is oriented toward younger travelers on a budget. The rooms are clean and each has private shower. Its right on the beach at a preferred surfing area.
