Hotel - very nice rooms, clean, tidy, but not as luxurious as the equivalent at the Hyatt in Sharm and prob 4* ish by english standards. Food- buffet very good, enough options, does the job but but far from fine dining. Other restaurants similar standard. Location - excellent if you would like to visit Israel or Jordon. Golf course looked... more

Generally speaking, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in June 2009. The hotel is set amongst beautiful gardens interspersed with several swimming pools and low rise accommodation. The mountain backdrop and deep blue sea (with views of Jordan and Saudi Arabia) made for a stunning location. The Hyatt is situated next to the beach which makes for easy... more

This hotel was the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in. The grounds were stunning the pools beautiful, we had a lagoon view room , which gave stunning views. However, there are some quite major problems with this hotel that should be addresses before considering this a 5 star hotel. The food was the biggest let down, not only was... more

Don't be put off by the un-assuming entrance - most of the nearby hotels look more impressive at first sight - but this is the best. The staff are excellent - obviously a lot of training has paid off. The room we had was excellent with a superb view across the Gulf. Five swimming pools - one Olympic length -... more

I loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The food was great, the hotel itself very clean and tidy, my room was excellently decorated and very spacious, with a lovely view. The pool areas are exceptional, and the beach, although manmade, is brilliant. The best part of the holiday was the snorkelling - I've never seen anything like... more

Stayed at the Hyatt in Taba Heights for one week in Marchon a half board basis (although ate in the other restaurants and uptown six out of seven nights).. Had previously stayed at the Hyatt at Sharm which was excellent so hoped that this hotel was the same. We had a lagoon room which was very spacious, nice sized bathroom,... more

Have just got back from a truly relaxing week in Taba. Its our fourth time to this resort in 5 years and each time we just love this place. The service you get is excellent and staff members genuinely remember you from the time before. The subtle changes they have made to the hotel has improved what is already perfect.... more

We visited in February and returned again in May. We have never holidayed in the same place twice but were so impressed with the quality of the overall experience. Firstly must be the staff - who are exceptional. All of them try to ensure that they have done all they can to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as... more
