We may have been lucky but the weather was perfect – sunny and warm throughout the week with a gentle breeze some days. In February, Parque da Floresta is quiet which suited us just fine. We went off peak, as the weather is still good. There was hardly anyone there which meant we had the shared swimming pool to ourselves! The apartments were on 3 floors, kitchen at top, living space/dinning room middle, and bedrooms bottom.
