went with great expectations but was sadly dissapointed,rooms realy need a facelift and a coat of paint ,i understand they have recently been re-furbished so maybe we will stay again in november,didnt eat in the restaurant but bar food and room service was good ,just dissapointed they let it get so run down.

We booked for afternoon tea, which was really nice. The lounge area is very pleasant, the staff were attentive and helpful. The food itself was well presented, with a good selection to suit everyone's needs. We will definitely go again.
