Very rude reception ,we were not given the room we ordered,(one with a shower) and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.The mattress was so hard that we couldn't sleep anyway. We left after one night, The one good thing was that it was so cheap we could afford to cut our losses, and find a decent hotel. more
