On arrival we were greeted with champane, check in was quick and easy , reception area and hotel looked very classy. We were sent on our way , lifts are very slow and information is not in english, took a while to find our room. Arrived Saturday evening a little anxious after reading some of the reviews. I was more than pleasantly surprised! no waiting around at check in, very pleasant helpful staff, a glass of champagne as we were checking in and then we went up to our room.
